"Fibreshed Sampler" is a collection of live sketches, notes, and material garden scans from a six-week fibre art workshop in Vancouver, Canada.
The zine documents the many plants growing in the garden, including milkweed, nettle, dogbane, fireweed, daylily, and more. Participants learned techniques of fibre extraction from stalks, ropemaking, and multi-strand braiding. These explorations are sure to transform the way fibre plants are perceived.
